NIGERIA-OBAGI NEW CAMP

The OML 58 Block is located onshore Nigeria, approximately 85 km North-West of Port Harcourt.
The OBAGI new camp facilities have a life expectancy of 25 years. The design complies with heavy duty and easy maintenance purposes. Technical solutions minimizing the future maintenance of the camp facilities have been preferred.
The OBAGI new camp Project development mainly comprises:
- Accommodations for 124 OBAGI EPNL STAFF located in the operations camp;
- Operations Camp access control facilities and fences;
- An Office building of up to 24 person capacity;
- A kitchen for 300 meals maximum at breakfast, midday and dinner, with a bakery oven. Menus are divided into 260 national meals and 40 international meals with their specific equipment;
- A Restaurant of 100 seats and up to 150 person for exceptional occasions, including a bar and a billiards room;
- A Recreation centre;
- A laundry;
- One outdoor volleyball court / one outdoor basketball court / two indoor squash courts;
- Accommodations for 30 private security men, 41 military men, 74 Policemen; therefore, 145 persons are located in the security camp;
- Security camp fences;
- All technical Utilities according to COMPANY requirements;
- Maintenance workshops designed for the maintenance of the camp facility accommodations.
The design of technical systems has provided for:
- air conditioning systems (headquarters, apartments, offices, canteen and warehouses) with roof-top units;
- all electrical services;
- safety systems.
