QATAR - QAFCO 5 PROJECT
CLIENT: SNAMPROGETTI-QAFCO
Under the EPC contract signed with "Qatar Fertilizer Company” for the construction of the 5th train of urea and ammonia production (2 lines) to expand the facilities in Qatar Masaieed, Saipem SpA has entrusted to Esseti the detailed design of the following civil works:
MAIN PIPE RACK Steel structures and foundations UNIT 51-61 – “Ammonia Plant”
PIPE RACK INTERCONECTING QAFCO 5 - QAFCO SITE
This pipe rack connect the new QAFCO5 site with the QAFCO main site. Its length is about 4 Km. Its development is of 25 m bays. It provides to the installation of four 40” sea water pipes and two conveyors for the transportation of urea to the jetty.
