MARCIANISE – ERICSSON MAIN SITE REFURBISHMENT
CLIENT: ERICSSON
The main scope of the project was to reorganize the material flow and lay-out of the Marcianise factory, in order to optimize the logistics and production flow, rationalize the warehouses, and improve the office areas.
In detail, the project provided for the:
Construction of new inbound buildings and facilities in order to relocate logistics and service activities currently outbound;
Re-organization of inbound spaces for production and logistics and their interconnections;
Creation of new spaces with a better utilization potential.
