PRIOLO – DESULPHURATION PLANT / COGENERATION PLANT
CLIENT: SNAMPROGETTI-ERGMED - NuCE
In collaboration with Snamprogetti, Esseti participated in the design of a considerable upgrade made in the north of ISAB ERG SpA plant in Priolo Gargallo (SR). In particular the activities carried out by Esseti were:
- Detailed design of steel structures and foundations for new Desulphuration Units "CR40", and the associated units "CR42" and "CR43".
- Architectural and structural detailed design of "New Electrical Substation SS40”.
Between 2005 and 2006 Esseti took part in the development of a significant energy production plants: the repowering of thermal power station of 480 MW NuCe ERG in Priolo Gargallo (SR).
- Detailed design of steel structures and foundations of the "NEW COGENERATION PLANT - 480MW”.
- The design focused on a structure for the support of a 25-ton crane, a shelter, support and the main pipe rack. It was also developed the design of static and dynamic foundations of all equipments.
- Architectural and structural design of the "New Control Room."
The building has a surface of 800 sqm and a total height of 16 m.
Architectural and structural design of the "New GIS Substation.
The building has a surface of 1.000 sqm and a total height of 12 m.
